Star Rockmund Dunbar has signed on for a multi-episode arc, and will greet SAMCRO as Charming's new sheriff Eli Roosevelt, whom TVGuide describes as a "formidable, confident and forthright lawman who makes it clear to Jax (Charlie Hunnam), Clay (Ron Perlman) and the rest of the club that things have changed during their 14 months in prison."Roosevelt's style of policing staunchly contrasts with that of former police chief Unser, as reportedly the new sheriff bans the Sons from even donning their trademark colors within the city limits!
Best known for the role of C-Note on FOX's Prison Break , Rockmund Dunbar joins the previously-announced casting of veteran badass actor Danny Trejo , who allies with SAMCRO as "Romero 'Romeo' Parada, a charismatic and dangerous former commando for the Mexican military who becomes a new associate of the SONS."
Season four has already begun shooting, and will pick up some fourteen months after the events of season three finale "NS," which saw the majority of the SAMCRO gang sent to prison.

I think FOX invested in a newspaper making machine, since this is the second time they've sent a very realistic looking/feeling newspaper, complete with details on parts of the show, fake ads for products and even weather reports. What's odd about this one is that upon close inspection of the stories, it reads somewhat like a book someone wrote about the show, complete with quotes from characters of the show -- it's not a news piece about the escape.
